To maintain the highest level of service, we fulfill many of our deliveries directly through our in-house delivery team. Our sales representatives personally deliver orders within our covered regions to ensure accuracy, speed, and exceptional customer care. For areas not serviced by our internal team or when delivery conditions require it, we partner with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. The shipping method is selected based on your location, delivery timing, and the nature of your order.

Standard delivery across most provinces typically takes 3–7 business days. Remote, rural, or hard-to-reach locations may require 5–10 business days. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delivery estimates may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

To avoid delays, customers must ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are correct and complete. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses may require additional processing time. If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours at info@thegloveguys.ca with your order number and any relevant details or photos. If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours or your local post office before reaching out for support.

At this time, we ship only within Canada, and international shipping is not available.
